Jenn, Royal, and Bernie are back in Mercersburg, PA, for a three day film shoot. We need kids between the ages of 6 and 12, to follow simple training instructions in our Good Dog in a Box training videos. All training is directed by Good Dog in a Box cofounder, Jenn Merritt, CPDT-KA, BS (a professional dog trainer of more than 12 years) and parent supervised.

We had a blast last year with our kid dog trainers and we’re looking forward to three days of dogs, kids, and fun. If you’d like to participate, just sign up for a time slot. Each filming session is 1 hour and 20 minutes. Sessions can be shared with multiple children in the same family or friends. Please, no more than 3 children per time slot.

No previous dog training experience is required. We only ask that your children bring their best listening skills. We’ll shoot exercises more than one time, so no pressure on being perfect. (And you never know when one of the dogs is going to take an unplanned break.)

Adults will be allow to stay in the filming area, but you have to be quiet, Mom! No talking once the director starts counting down.

Video and pictures taken during the sessions will be used in the Good Dog in a Box subscriptions, training videos, emails, blog posts, and social media. Your child’s participate is not compensated and you will need to bring a signed copy of our release form, available below. If you have any questions, please feel free to email Kim Butler for more information.
